N16 & N12

Analog Bits and TSMC have collaborated very early and worked closely on numerous 16nm process variations including 16FFC. Our early customers were large volume smart-phone designers who adopted portfolio of differentiated low power foundation IP and later AI and datacenter companies adopted our low-power multi-protocol SERDES. When 16FFC models were released we migrated all our IP’s and added more to the portfolio including qualifying our Analog Foundation IP’s in automotive Grade 1 application with lead customers. When the 12FFC process was rolled out we rapidly migrated these IP’s to 12FFC including our low power SERDES.
