Sunnyvale, CA, April 15, 2026 – Analog Bits (www.analogbits.com), developer of industry leading low-power mixed-signal IP (intellectual property) solutions for intelligent power and energy management, will showcase new integrated on-die LDOs with glitch catcher and droop detection, pinless PVT sensors, and low power PLLs that deliver comprehensive real-time power observability and sensing in TSMC’s N2P process technology.

Modern Megawatt AI and HPC systems using Multi Kilowatt SoC’s face thermal, power efficiency, performance variability and reliability challenges that digital design alone cannot solve. Moore’s law is no longer power friendly with transistor speeds going up and voltage levels not scaling down causing more power density challenges. The new IPs will provide significant advantages to customers seeking PPA optimization and intelligent on-chip power management for their advanced SoCs on TSMC N2P process technology. Also being featured for the first time are the highly accurate remote pinless PVT sensors with a +/-3.5C (untrimmed), and low power PLLs that feature microwatt class power levels at 0.5 micro-watt/MHz.
