Job Duties:

• Design and develop transistor-level intellectual property components fully customized for easy and reliable integration into digital System-on-Chip.
• Design, develop, and analyze circuits such as high-precision PLLs, DLLs, high speed interface PHYs, SRAMs, CAMs, multi-port RAMs and specialized I/O components.
• Implement circuits at gate and transistor-level, and then verify performance and function using simulations.
• Define, generate, or utilize circuits, schematics and spice/Verilog models.
• Perform spice and logic level simulations.
• Creat/maintain/enhance datasheets in general and specification development, maintenance and conformance in particular.
• Interface with layout designers to ensure proper circuit implementation.
• Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure smooth release of products.
• Perform Characterization/evaluation of silicon.
• Provide customer support, both pre-sales and post final delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering.
• The position also requires two years, or more, of experience.
